you said it best, it is beautiful. Your photos are not helping my bank account :) You make me want to go everywhere even more than I did before

well, in this case, it's not as much my doing as that of Prague being a truly magical city... Should you make it to Vienna one day, your bank account may rest assured it won't be emptied: Prague is about 30 bucks and 4 hours in a train away from Vienna...

I believe my bank will never be too empty for a 30 train ticket to Prague. I mean, its Prague, who knows when an opportunity to go back will come!

true, true... and, trust me, should the occasion arise that you are in vienna and truly lack the budget to get to prague, I will gladly pay for the trip (given that I am not broke, either, because we just came to Vienna after our 1-year-around-the-world-trip) ;-)

It all sounds so wonderful. a year dedicated to seeing, truly seeing. and the company sounds even better. If we are ever able to do that, perhaps we will start in prague, I would love to see what you have seen. And when we go to alaska we can stay on the indian reserve my aunt lives on (she's married to a native). I have a feeling you and my aunt would get on famously!

oh my, don't even get me started! I'd know _exactly_ what to show you in Prague right away, and then maybe Vienna, then into the Alps, maybe a nice hike or two, and then, when we exit Switzerland - France, here we come! Then, over the channel by boat of course, and beautiful Britain, gardens, castles, nature... A flight to the states, and then it's all your expertise, we could just go to wherever our cameras take us, visit all the stuff you's like to show me, up until Alaska... I'd love to meet your aunt, stay there for a couple days or even weeks, settle in a little, but then, when we've grown accustomed enough to traveling with each other and can deal with us both being alien to a country or culture: off to Asia! Japan, China, Vietnam maybe... We'd have to see Singapur and Kuala Lumpur... My grandparents still know the former Ambassador of Austria in Kuala Lumpur, a very nice old man, who still lives in a huge mansion there, so we could chill there for some time - just before going down under, Australia and New Zealand waiting for us... And from there, nothing better to round off a beautiful 6 to 12 months world trip than by taking in beautiful South America, see the incredible remnants of Maya and other indigenous culture, hiking the jungle, maybe a boat trip up the Amazonas... And all of this wondrous trip woul be a incredible vortex of new experiences, meeting an incredible amount of people, starting friendships all over the world, and shooting the most amazing photos... That's what I'd call a lifetime experience... Oh my, see what you started? Now I won't be able to sleep for hours, checking my bank account every two minutes, calculating flight prices and living costs abroad, and trying to decide how I should tell my boss I need to leave for a year or so, but still would like to get paid during that time... ("huh, boss? and... I think I deserve a raise" ;-))... well, one day...

hej, thanks!

well, the river moldau is just great in the evening, and there is a big tower in the center of the city that I just love - you can climg it and have a wonderful view of the city's roofs - it's a world of its own! and, should you manage to get up early enough, take a walk around the center in the morning around sunrise, when the last party folks have gone home yet the first tourists did not yet emerge from their hotels - it's breathtaking how quiet the city gets, yet the whole feeling of life and people is still in the air...
